The firm’s lead attorney, David C. McLauchlan, is a certified umpire, a certified neutral arbitrator and a qualified mediator as well as an experienced litigator. In his 30-plus years as a lawyer, he has worked as a partner in both large and small firms representing local, national and international clients of all sizes. He has served as both an arbitration panel member dedicated to acting as a neutral or a panel umpire to resolve disputes; as an independent mediator in resolving complex litigation and mass claims; and as lead counsel representing one of the parties in business litigation or arbitration. His experience has enabled him to develop client strategies and to anticipate and counter the strategies of opposing counsel in all manner of disputes.
